The TSDD MBR Rootkit virus is a nasty one! Best thing for the job and quickest way to remove it is by using Kaspersky's TDSS removal tool. I had a lady in San Diego with it and it got too infected to allow her PC to boot. Cleaning TDSS is easy if the PC boots, but if not, it makes it nearly impossible!
