An odd quirk with a client in north San Diego in that his PC would hang when trying to access the Microsoft 2007 ribbon in excel. Not sure why exactly other than it is directly related to the Windows 7 preview pane.
Excel freezes - solved, related to preview pane, turned off preview pane and told all windows to remember not to use the preview pane and solved the problem! Computer repair done!
