Get Scroll Bars back and bigger in Mac OSX Lion resize

Certainly a few folks in the San Diego Computer Repair arena won't
take kindly to the disappearing scroll bars in Mac OSX Lion. Either
use 2 fingers to scroll, or make the permanent adjustment here.

Getting them back is simple, just go to System Preferences, General,
and under "Show scroll bars:" you can turn back time and return to the
scroll bar presence you know and love by selecting "Always."
