Though not confirmed to be the problem. Some clients who set up their Mozy Online Backup accounts in San Diego have been having problems. It's possible that since Mozy now requires an 8 character password, that their old 6 character password does not authenticate anymore.
We'll post again when it's confirmed, but just into the 'settings' button on the Mozy interface if you get a log in error and then try changing the password on the Mozy site to a 8 character password.
