I client in Encinitas needed her Outlook file moved to a new Dell computer. Outlook 2000-2007 uses a file with the extension NK2 to store the autocomplete. In Outlook 2010, they NO LONGER USE the NK2 format.
The link below points you to a FixIt download that will convert your old NK2 file. If you are not running outlook 2010 the utility will NOT run.
