Make a domain user a local administrator on their machine

Adding an XP user as a local admin is easily done though the control panel and user accounts.  It will prompt you for the domain admin login.  Windows 7 does not do this.  You must log in to the whole profile as the domain admin and then add the domain user to the 'administrators' group.
