Time Warner Email Woes!
Time Warner and Roadrunner email has been having outage issues for days. In our opinion, we generally feel that Time Warner provides a lovely connection for the internet itself, but we have never been fond of their email services. Certainly true lately! Hopefully, by the time you read this TW will have worked out the kinks. Ironically, if this newsletter went to your Roadrunner email you might not even get it.
Let us know if you want to switch your email account to something free and great like Gmail or to a custom domain. We can handle the forwarding, address book and often times even move your existing messages for you.

Microsoft Office 365 Subscriptions and Email Upgrades
Microsoft Office has always been and continues to be a paid add-on that basically everyone needs. At $219 per copy for the full version including Outlook, it's not cheap. Microsoft has been rolling out a subscription based service as low as $99 a year that allows you to install Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook on up to 5 computers. Additionally, as the trend continues for software without install discs, all you will need is a user ID and password to get the current version.

AT&T Uverse and DSL Issues
The AT&T DSL to U-Verse transition has been a rocky one for us and many of our clients. It was so bad at our own office that we had to quit using AT&T! Traditionally, we have had much better luck with the cable companies. In our case, we had an option of going to a third party wireless provider.
