Trust Relationship between Workstation and Primary Domain failed

Here's a quick reference if you ever get the error while logging into a Windows domain on a workstation. I've gotten it enough to add this to the archives. Happy Computing!

Internet Explorer 10 Desktop Mode Only in Windows 8

Windows 8 will occasionally open web shortcuts with the app-version of Internet Explorer. This does not sit well with users that need the fully featured desktop version-- especially for corporate websites that have strict protocols in place for security.

There is an option to always use the desktop version buried in the Internet Options. To set Internet Explorer to desktop mode only; open Control Panel and select Internet Options. Select the tab "Programs" and from the pull down menu choose "Always in Internet Explorer on the Desktop". For consistency, you will want to check the box marked : Open Internet Explorer tiles on the desktop.

Skype 6.3 Video Chat Errors with Nvidia Graphics : Solved

The video chat problem truncates the lower 2/3rds of the incoming video in both the main view as well as the preview pane.

Below is an example of the issue:

GoDaddy Microsoft Hosted Exchange Email Account Limitations

I ran into this in San Diego and I'm hoping it's just a GoDaddy limitation and not all of Microsoft's accounts.  I was able to work around the need to use service@DOMAIN.com by creating an alias in the Exchange control panel so the client didn't have to change the email address.  service@ forwards to info@, DONE!
